Economically
1. Many cutting oil is used for oil mist, and the oil mist collector can make the fog cutting oil turn into liquid mode again and return to the machine equipment for reuse. Cutting oil can be saved. With the natural resources becoming more and more scarce, we should make our own efforts to save resources.
2. High concentration of oil mist can cause fire risk. In particular, many sparks are formed in grinding.
3. Many oil mist in the production workshop will adhere to the surface of machine equipment and the surface of product parts. It leads to the difficulty of equipment cleaning and the increase of equipment failure rate; the residual oil mist of product parts causes the products to be easy to corrode; in addition, the enthusiasm of employees will be reduced due to the poor working environment.
4. The first-line production staff basically understand the harm caused by oil mist to the body; therefore, after the processing of the product workpiece, it usually waits 10-30 seconds to start the machine and equipment and replace the new product parts, which can reduce the production efficiency invisibly.
5. Clean production air will reduce the load of air conditioning in the workshop, and the maintenance cost of central air conditioner will be reduced.
From the environmental perspective
1. The oil mist, oil smoke and water mist of cutting fluid formed in metal processing have many chemicals, heavy metal elements and other substances which interfere with human body. If the workers are discharged directly to the production workshop without proper treatment, they will cause health interference to the employees in the production workshop, which will lead to the emergence of occupational diseases.
2. The oil mist which is not properly treated will finally fall into the ground of the workshop. Because of many basic oil in cutting fluid and cutting oil, the environment of the production workshop is bad and the road surface oil is slippery.
3. More and more enterprises pay attention to the pollution of harmful substances to the environment in the process of processing, not only to the internal environment of the production workshop, but also to some extent, the oil mist will spread outside the processing plant, which will interfere with the local ecological environment.
